iStream is an applet to play internet radio streams.

iStream is a simple GNOME panel applet that lets you play internet radio streams (local files work too).

It uses Gstreamer for playback. Written in C using Gtk+.

Requirements:

GTK+ version 2.4.x.

Install:

< gstreamer of course >

./configure
make
make install

To add the applet to the panel:

Right Click on the Gnome panel->"Add too Panel"->Select "iStream"

Configure:

The radio stations are read from "~/.istream" file. iStream will create an example file on first start. To add a new stream put a new line on the end of the file.
