AutoRip is a non-interactive, non-intrusive mp3 rip-and-encode front end. Simply drop your CD into your CD-ROM drive, wait for your CD to eject, wash, rinse, and repeat.

Requirements:
  • Perl 5
  • the MPEG::MP3Info perl module
  • cdparanoia
  • an encoder, such as Xingmp3enc, LAME or Ogg Vorbis.

  • Added support for Ogg Vorbis, merged in some patches, migrated to MP3::Tag.
