Glurp is a GTK frontend to the MPD music daemon.

Here are some key features of "Glurp":
  • Support for loading/saving playlists

  • Supports streams in MPD (MPD 0.11.0 and newer)

  • Single window interface, with possibility to hide the playlist
  • Support for enabling and disabling MPD outputs (MPD 0.12.0 and newer)

    Requirements:
  • GTK+ 2.4 or better
  • libglade 2.3.6 or better

    Installation:

    1) download glurp
    2) unpack the tarball
    3) configure (type "./configure")
    4) compile (type "make")
    5) install (type "make install" as root)

    What's New in This Release:
  • Fixed main window size remembering
  • Applied patch from Daniel Lindenaar to add search capability to the add window. Modified the original patch so that the search results are displayed in a separate treeview item, instead of removing the database view.
  • Use the song icon as an application window icon
