X Hardware Monitor is a hardware monitor that shows indicators for temperature, voltage, fan speed etc, of a running system with a graphical panel.

The default configuration allows to monitor up to 3 temperatures, 3 fan speeds and 6 voltages. This tool is more particularly adequate for bi-processor systems.

Requirements:
X11 library (Xlib)
XPM library
lm_sensors package

Install:

Have a look at the Makefile then type
make

Before installing you must make sure lm_sensors is installed, configured and correctly running, because the installation procedure tries to detect the monitoring chip you use to paste it in the configuration files it installs.

Once this is ok then type
make install

Limitations:
no documentation, no manpage for now
executable config files
