rewrap rewraps paragraphs, separated by blank lines, from standard input and writes them to standard output, removing multi-spaces.

rewrap is mainly written for Project Gutenberg Distributed Proofreaders postproofing files, but can be applied to any text file.

A small feature for indenting text to a fixed left margin was added.
