FUPlayer is a music player/manager/ripper/burner.

FUPlayer is a full featured music manager and player for the GNOME desktop. With it, you can play music from your hard drive, create playlists, do real file management using its Trash, and play, rip, and burn audio CD's.

It features an interface similar to those of many modern manager-style players, but with many improvements, such as true non-modal search and browse functionality, find-as-you-type, and drag destination highlighting. It aims to be extremely user friendly and efficient to use.

Requirements:
GTK+ version 2.6.x
python-gtk2
python-gnome2
python-gnome2-extras
python-gst
gstreamer0.8-vorbis
gstreamer0.8-misc
python-musicbrainz
python2.4-dbus

What's New in This Release:
I couldn't resist back-porting the scrolling track-playing label from my 0.3.0 development work.
It's doesn't quite fit aesthetically in a few ways, but I still think it's cool.
