Ogg Theora is Xiph.Org's first publicly released video codec, intended for use within the Ogg's project's Ogg multimedia streaming system.

Theora is derived directly from On2's VP3 codec and is a superset of VP3.

What's New in This Release:
This release contains build fixes from the alpha6 release.
There are no new features.
The new MMX asm is enabled by default, and a problem with that same code on SELinux machines has been fixed.
