pslib is a C-library to create PostScript files on the fly. It offers many drawing primitives, inclusion of png and eps images and a very sophisticated text rendering including hyphenation, kerning and ligatures.

It can read external Type1 fonts and embed them into the output file. It supports pdfmarks which makes it in combination with ghostscript's pdfwriter an alternative for libraries creating PDF.

What's New in This Release:
Fixes various bugs in PS_continue_text(), PS_get_buffer(), PS_begin_page(), PS_arc(), PS_arcn(), and PS_set_border_style().
Adds support for BMP, TIFF, and GIF images.
Adds a blind feature to PS_show_boxed().
Setting boxheight in PS_show_boxed() makes the box as large as needed.
