HPTalx is an application which transfers files from/to your HP 48/49 calculator, has backup and restore capabilities, and a lot of other nice features.

The HP 49g+ Calculators are connected to the PC via USB. Thus, HPTalx relies on the facilities provided by Linux to make the USB connection behave as it were a serial communication port. Therefore, HPTalx needs the Linux Kernel Module usbserial.

This Kernel Module provides a way to let HPTalx access the HP 49g+ via ttyUSB devices.

Here are some key features of "HPTalx":
Data transfer between HP Calculators and PC
Backup and restore of HP Calculator memory.

Requirements:
GTK 2, Version 2.4 or later
GLib 2, Version 2.4 or later
