LinHerp is a tool for recording various herpetology related statistics such as feedings, sheds, length, weight, and health in an easy to use and access database.

Installation:

To install LinHerp simply type the following in the installation directory:

perl linherp-install.pl

the linherp binary will be placed in /usr/bin and the included documentation will be placed in /usr/doc/linherp-$version

(where $version is the current release version number: I.E. linherp-1.0/)

You may want to edit the file and change the directories to suit your needs.

When first executed, linherp will create a directory called .linherp in your home directory. All information will be stored in that location.
