Reset Quote Header is a Thunderbird extension which allows you to modify the quote header on replies.

An extension that replaces Tb's standard quote header with one you can cofigure.

Once the extension is installed, your new quote header files created OR copied out of the XPI and TB restarted, you will need to point to the new quote header files in the ResetQuoteHeader extension's prefs.
