Compiling:

1. Install libevent
2. gcc -Wall -O2 -o rlb rlb.c -levent
Solaris:
a) cc -Wall -O2 -o rlb rlb.c -lnsl -lsocket -levent

Usage:

$ rlb -p port [-b addr] [-B addr] -h host:service[:max] [-h host:service[:max] ...] [-m max] [-t timeout] [-c check interval] [-s bufsize] [-n servers] [-f]

Requirements:
libevent
