RunFilterOnFolder is a Thunderbird extension which allows you to run filters on a folder.

Enables you to the folder ( on which they would like to run the filter) and pick a menu item like "run filter..." which will popout a list of all filters available on that folder's server..

Selecting one of the filters would then run that filter only on that folder ( and NOT any subfolders of that folder )
