SlimSearch is a Firefox extension that allows quick and easy Web searches on text found on any Web page.

Google is extensively used for many search types. The focus is on simplicity of utilization: less is more.

SlimSearch is a typical platform-independent Firefox extension, written in XML and JavaScript.

Using SlimSearch is really easy - you're reading a Web page and you encounter a word, a phrase, a name, etc. that is interesting and you want to search it on the Web.
With the mouse, just highlight the thing that you want to search. Let's assume that the word "expression" is the thing that you want to search (see image below).
