Websuite is a suite of simple CGI programs written in C, designed for speed, high availability, and support of name-based virtual hosts. I say that here because that seems to be the number one mistake made with these programs. If given no arguments or incorrect arguments, they will simply exit and expect weberror.cgi to tidy up behind them. The web
error daemon is the only way to find the error and fix it, it must be running. In this way, all error logging and reporting is collected in one place, rather than having template files and error reporting functions in every program.
Sample data and resource trees are now provided in documentation/examples, they may be copied verbatim and edited to suit. They may not be 100% up to date, so if the program complains about an error, the error message is exists surely.
What's New in This Release:
Added 'unset' to emailer.cgi
Start to obsolete 'short' modes from clock and countdown.
