Workout is a script to remind a user not to goof off during set work hours. A list of work hours can be specified in the configuration file, as well as a password.

If a program is launched through workout, and it is worktime, the user will be prompted for the workout password.

What's New in This Release:
A new configuration format was created.
The date/time specification was made more powerful.
A general mess was made of things.
