NoBlankQuote is a simple Thunderbird extension which doesn't allow quoting empty lines.
It makes Thunderbird behave like The Bat! or GoldED.
It has no fancy menus, settings windows, buttons or icons. It just deletes quoted empty lines from your reply.
It does not work for accounts when the "Start my reply above the quote" is set up. Not quoting empty lines while top-posting is useless.
