What's New in This Release:
A first version of the "CREATE TRIGGER" function was added.
CachedQuery Details are now scrollable.
A "Tip of the Day" dialog was added.
Copying server no longer copies the cached namespaces.
The "next" SQL can be executed by pressing F7.
More datatypes are colored.
The "change" dialog now really saves the file if user selects "SAVE".
A parsed query no longer formatted as uppercase.
If a result is text, the message tabs are no longer selected if an error occurs.
The context menu also works on the first data row in the "Table details" tab.
