examh is a user interface for the MH mail system. The interface is built in Tcl/Tk and is compatible with all Unix systems and wasn't ported to Windows.

MH and its flexibility are the primary reason I chose exmh, and is the primary reason I remain with exmh. More simply, I started out choosing MH and then went looking a front-end, starting with MH-E, and xmh. Why exmh rather than one of the other front ends? Exmh is as flexible and extensible as MH is, without also carrying or enforcing a particular model or mindset. There was and is no competition. I value flexibility and configurability far more than I do cute graphics or widget sets.
