Kouvert tries to be a simple but complete fstab (filesystem table) editor in an more ergonomic way than by using a text editor or passing by the console.

Kouvert is entirely written in Python, the fantastic scripting language, with the use of PyQt for the graphic part. Just tape './kouvert' in the directory where you have extracted Kouvert, or run 'python kouvert.py' in a console (you must be root).

Requirements:
You must have succesfully installed : - Python 2.3.0 or above, PyQt 3.11 or above with the appropriate version of Qt, and KDE for using the kdesu utility when you start Kouvert as a normal user. If you want to modify the sources, you will found the .ui files generated by Qt-Designer and the .e3p file used by the excellent Eric3 Python IDE.
