MIPL Mobile IPv6 for Linux is an implementation of Mobility support in IPv6 Internet Draft. It was originally developed in the HUT Software Project course by Sami Kivisaari, Niklas K?mpe, Juha Mynttinen, Toni Nyk?nen, Henrik Petander and Antti Tuominen. After the course, further development was taken up by the GO/Core project at HUT Laboratory for Theoretical Computer Science. Henrik Petander and Antti Tuominen are now the project coordinators.

MIPL Mobile IPv6 for Linux is free software released under GPL license. People trying it out or thinking about it should consider subscribing to our mailing lists to get the most of it. The code is by no means complete but we try our best correcting all problems that arise.

What's New in This Release:
This release has been updated to kernel 2.6.15.
It has full compliance with RFC 3775 and falls back on built-in cryptographic functions if openssl isn't available.
IT fixes broken virtual terminal support and a memory leak.
