Requirements:
A web server like Apache supporting CGIs coded in Perl
A PostgreSQL or MySQL database server
Perl module Mail::IMAPClient and/or Net::LDAP
Perl module CGI::Session
Perl module Template
Perl module GD::TextUtil
Perl module GD::Graph
Perl module DBI
Perl module DBD::Pg or DBD::mysql

What's New in This Release:
This release can be considered a pre-release of version 1.0.
It improves Web sessions management, database error handling, documentation (in Pod format), formatting of headers when viewing a message, logging, and lookups.
It is now possible to split the quarantine into multiple tables for improved performance.
