StateMenu is a resource-monitoring desktop menu.

It's a popup desktop menu for not only launching apps, but also for monitoring and controlling the state of system resources (like daemons, CPU scaling, firewalls, etc.).

It works with Nautilus/GNOME, Xfce4, ROX Pinboard, and other environments.

What's New in This Release:
Removed dependency on version 2.4 of Python by only using module subprocess' if it is found.
Removed PyMODINIT_FUNC macro to compile with Python-2.2.
Added missing import.
