SubLib is a library that allows you to manage movie subtitles.
SubLib supports numerous subtitle formats and includes error correction and conversion, subtitle editing, and cleaning.

Auto detect the file's character encoding (using the Mozilla libraries)
Generic parsing engine allows to add new subtitle formats using regular expressions

What's New in This Release:
This release features a stabilization of the API, as well as some useful changes.
A search feature was added, including regular expressions, case sensitivity, and wrapping options.
A "replace all" feature was also added.
The current timing mode is now updated after saving a file with a different timing mode.
The library has moved to version 2.0 of the C# compiler.
