ULBM is a set of C libraries for questions related to math, statistics, and numerics. ULBM adds new data types and the APIs to deal with them.

New data types in scope are matrices, vectors, etc. It's intended for those who need some basic math features and not need all the power of those full-powered math libraries.

What's New in This Release:
A bug has been solved in ulbm_vector_set_empty.
Functions are included for combinatorics as permutations and combinations.
Fibonacci calculation support has been added.
