IP Manager is a simple and easy-to-use, Web-based program to manage subnets. It allows you to create seperate networks, and then dynamically create and manage the subnets within that network. I looked around and saw many different types of managers, but many of them were bloated and didn't do exactly what I wanted.

To install follow these steps:

Step 1. Create a database in MySQL named subnet
Step 2. Create the two tables located in README.sql
Step 3. Set the $host, $user, and $password variables in the global.inc to your settings.
Step 3. Open your browser to the location you unzipped the files
