Jebi project allows users to record AM/FM radio, TV or other audio content to MP3 and automatically publish as podcast channels via RSS.

The result is a Tivo-like capability for radio (Rivo?). Tuner cards are supported.

Requirements:
An audio source for the shows to be recorded. I use a combo cable/FM tuner card, connected to the CD input of my sound card. You should be able to connect a radio to your soundcard input to record from a single station.
A comfort level with man and crontab
