omega t+ is a computer assisted translation (CAT) tool suite.

omega t+ currently includes omegat, a translation editor tool with numerous features, extspell, an Apsell spell checker user interface, sentseg, for sentence segmenting of documents, and OmegaT packages, from which omegat is derived.

Requirements:
Please note that a Java Runtime Environment(JRE) is needed in order to use omegat. This can be obtained separately from Sun Microsystems or other vendor (on Linux there is a version called Blackdown available). Please obtain a recent version if you already have one installed (check the omegat Users Manual (accessible from this page) for details on installation. Mac OS X users already have a JRE installed by default.
For those doing or interested in software development in Java, a Java Software Development Kit(JDK) can also be used (has a JRE in it already).

What's New in This Release:
Version number change. Moved to 3 number versioning.
Removed users manual due to licencing issues. New manual for future verion is in the works.
Minor bug fixes.
