Webglimpse is a feature-rich search engine that has been used on thousands of sites, all different flavors of Unix, and in countries from Nigeria to Norway, Chile to Canada.

Nearly everything about Webglimpse is configurable: how to select the files to index, how to search them, and how to present the results to the user. Yet, we have tried to keep the install simple and quick so that you can get your search up and running today.

What's New in This Release:
This release contains an add-on called BibGlimpse that lets you use Webglimpse as a scientific reprints repository.
Features of BibGlimpse include addition of reprints without forms, automated bibliographic record retrieval for PubMed listed papers using machine learning techniques to match a record to the PDF with a success rate of over 95%, management of user annotation of papers, and structured full-text queries using the WebGlimpse engine.
