What's New in This Release:
HTML tags were removed from the caller ID data returned by Google.
This was only observed in messages from businesses.
The MP3 encoding timeout was increased from 10s to 60s for slower machines.
A bug that prevented config.sh/config.bat from exiting was fixed.
sox and associated encode.sh/encode.bat scripts were added to fix problems caused by new .wav encoding from Vonage.
A country question was added to the setup.
The ability to check for new versions and notify the user accordingly was added.
Graceful handling of messages from unknown callers was added.
Minor cosmetic changes were made.
