xletters project is a typing game in which you catch falling words by typing them.

XLetters is a game to practice your typing skill.

The goal is to type the falling words before they reach the bottom of the window.

1. Edit the file config.h; apart from the SCOREFILE constant, you can leave everything untouched if you want. You may also want to have a look at the Imakefile.

2. Build xletters by typing
# xmkmf && make

3. Become root and install xletters by typing make install && make install.man
or install them by hand. You may want to make xletters sgid games.

4. Create the directory for the high score file (according to the value you gave to the SCOREFILE constant in step 1). If you made xletters sgid, you should also create the score file itself (make it empty initially) and make it group-writeable.
